Farewell Summer

In the memory of Summer, a Coconut and Lemon Zest Panacotta with Roast Almonds and Chocolate served (to me) with a side of Pineapple and Kiwi. 

Felt good to move my ass and slog in the kitchen for a change. And of course this was divine, everything Italian is.

    1. Meringue makes me wonder if it would be feasible to make a pannacotta pavlova? Who doesn’t like a gooey mess! Don’t fret Anita, they lie when they say you can’t have your cake and eat it too. 🙂
